I initially didn't like Fallout 4. Then came around on it after a few hours, had a bunch of fun, and now I'm halfway through the Institute quest line and holy shit just be done already. >_>

Well thats your problem. You can kill the institute leader anytime and skip most of that quest line and go to the end.

I've got to see where it all leads naturally.

Doing the Railroad quest because they seem like the only people with narrative stakes in the conflict. Minutemen are a glorified sidequest and the brotherhood are a bunch of dweebs

Thats because Fallout 4 sucks. The institute and their motivations are absurd.

YOu are describing something that I have literally never felt in my life as a gamer. In fact it's the polar opposite, I always get sad when I've accomplished damn near everything in the game and all that is left is to beat the final boss.

Cold Steel 2 when the credits roll only for you to then have to play for like 2 - 3 more hours before you actually finish the game.

I tend to take an extended break if I start feeling that way, since I hate getting burnt out
