For starting out id say IC is the easiest. Once you know what youre doing that changes to Watcher.

Defect is the most fun. Orbs can get bonkers and Claw is a fun card if the game actually lets you build a deck for it for once.

The default Ironclad is the most straightforward to win the game with. Strategically use the cards that cost HP for huge energy & card advantage. Your starting relic heals 6 HP per combat.
