Setting and Twin-Peaks style supernatural mystery

Would be the perfect fucking game. Closest thing we have is the Sherlock games..but even those are more handholdy than LA Noire.

I never played DP, but I'd love a Twin Peaks like detective game for damn sure. Especially if I can make the main character say insane Cole Phelps-esque accusatory things to interdimensional beings.

I want a Twin Peaks game that plays like Max Payne + Bioshock powers/levels + Arkham style combat, as a follow-up to The Returns.

Let's see Dale Cooper go John Wick on some Dugpas. I always imagined the black lodge spirits as end-level bosses with attack strategies and move sets.

I'm down for this too.

Nah youc an't get too actiony/arcadey with it.

Best thing about Twin peaks are the incredibly world building and insanely good setting. How things seem "normal" at a glance but peaking just under the surface lies eldritch mystery. Even the most normal grandma in town has dark secrets of the occult.

Man this kind of setting needs to be explored more.
