I'm thinking about getting one. I used to play it all the time as a kid.

I could make one fit if I had to but it'd be annoying. And I'd likely never use it. I sorta can play; I know the rules but I'm not very good at the game.

My parents had one when I was growing up and I was terrible at it.

We used to have a pool table. I think my parents got rid of it when they moved to TN. Was never really a fan of pool tbh.

Big enough to fit one? Yes. Big enough to have a dedicated game room where a big ass pool table wouldn't look out of place? No.

No but my back yard is. All my rooms are 12'4"-ish on the short dimension, except the places you wouldn't put a pool table, like the living room. The table would physically fit, but rule of thumb is you want a 14'x14' space.

My plan is, when my boys are old enough that they don't need so much yard space, I'm gonna try to find an outdoor pool table. I dunno if they make them (seems it would be hard to keep the felt from molding) but if they do, I'm totally gonna pour a little pad of concrete out there and install a table.

Honestly sounds more fun to play outside anyway. On a nice day, at least.

Actually, they usually don't go around the side of the house anyway, come to think of it, and I've got a nice 20'x14' area over there... Shaded by a tree and everything.....

My dad put a pool table in the house I grew up in. My apartment right now is way too small for one.

We have a finished ~1250 sq ft basement and the previous owners had a pool table down there along with exercise equipment and entertainment center.

We don't play pool so at some point we'll convert the space where it was to another bedroom.
