You still get modest damage boost out of your DPS either way, and I'd argue the main value to begin with is the larger damage boosts you get out of your other non-DPS characters. I mean I wouldn't stick them in a double CRIT-DPS team for this reason, but yeah. Worth mentioning you get lots of passive boosts to break effect for your whole team anyways when you run Harmony MC. If it's like an S-tier CRIT DPS then you're still getting huge damage boosts out of your CRIT stats anyways and it's probably best from an efficiency standpoint to just build that way. This is true for just about any old Fire and Physical DPS. Much stronger than it is for Gepard, even. Only downside is it consumes a lot of SP but you can't have everything. At two enemies she's outdamaging Luka even with lower attack scaling. Only scenario I can think of where it wouldn't be is some awful situation where Topaz uses a basic attack while her debuff isn't actively up, at which point you've got bigger skill point management problems than your relics. New Planar is absolutely her BiS though. 24% FUDmg and CDmg after a single Skill use. Will have to build a little more CRate without Solsotto is the only downside. Edit: Looking again, it's actually attacks not hits. I don't really want Topaz too much, but she would definitely be a help to my account if I happened to get her, and I could afford to spend a few jades without seriously impacting my likelihood of getting Firefly in 2.3. Ended up "losing" the 50/50 to Welt, but considering this this is not really a banner I was going for the 5-star on in the first place and it happened around 25 pity, this is probably actually a good result. Welt is also someone I've been wanting to use so grabbing his E1 isn't too bad. Also did get one of Xueyi's eidolons like I was hoping for from the beginning.
