Tried WuWa a bit today. Game is literally just Genshin but holy cow is the writing awful. The VA is pretty rough too. Ill still poke at it a bit for the next week or so but I dont think this is it.

Combat and traversal is really good but everything around it.....and even though the actual movement is good, it's still a big fuck off map that I can't stand just like Genshin.

I haven't uninstalled yet, but really it's just making me more excited for ZZZ.

You know what it feels like so far, narratively? That part of the Xianzhou they cut out because it was too boring, but turned into it's own game.

Got a real nice Fire Damage orb for Topaz with Crit/Crit substats on my last day of doubles. Some SPD would have been nice but Ill take it.

No explosion can take out that cake. I like how Hoyo dropped this and then Genshin came out with look at the next new region hype

Decided to throw a few 10-pulls at the Topaz rerun banner, mainly on the basis that I wanted Xueyi eidolons. I don't really want Topaz too much, but she would definitely be a help to my account if I happened to get her, and I could afford to spend a few jades without seriously impacting my likelihood of getting Firefly in 2.3.

Welp did one more 10 pull and apparently I have Topaz now. Was only at like 10 pity to. I should still be fine for at least getting Firefly, but it probably means I can't go for a light cone or whatever unless I get lucky.

I'm fighting the urge to pull more for Topaz just because I'm a waifu gacha addict.

But I think I'll be able to make it.
She'll rerun again eventually and Fu Xuan is a higher priority for me right now.

Im up to 30 stars for the current MoC surprisingly. I dont really have anything for stage 11 though since I very much doubt I can just power through Yanqing himself without taking out his swords and Ive got nobody built for Imaginary or Wind still. 30 stars still good stuff though. Somehow a team of Kafka, March, Clara and Himeko/Gui got me some stars I was missing though so that was nice since theyre not really built right still.

I'm getting stone walled on MOC 10 for both last cycle and this one. I can do really well on the first side for this current one but I can't beat the True Sting on the 2nd. Spent like an hour trying last nght.

It sucks because I actually could get 3 stars on it if it didn't just kill me lmao. My damage isn't lacking. My Lynx can't put out enough sustain.

Those bugs can be a real pain in the ass for sure

Well hopefully having Fu Xuan available for sustain options soon should help out.

Fu Xuan is very good for the Swarm fight because in addition to just being a busted sustain her ult helps you get Weakness Break on the little bugs.

That's just Lynx's core issue, yeah. She's kind of actually shit at sustaining you, all she does is extend your doom clock instead of stopping it. Fu Xuan would be an enormous upgrade because while she doesn't stop your clock either, she slows it down so hard you'd have to be playing badly on purpose to lose.

Huohuo and Aventurine are also godsends in that fight, Huohuo because of the constant cleansing of the dot debuff and Aventurine for the res effect. Presumably Luocha too.

Limited sustains are just too good

Alternatively you can try to just pure DPS them down, but probably takes a decent amount of investment for that.

Sadly dont think my Ratio is THAT good especially without Topaz to help. Sparkle can only do so much.

i do need to do another pass on my core team after Fu Xuan leveling before building anyone else though I think. A few of them still have some room for easy upgrades.

Robin is ridiculous with the Himeko and Herta team.

Not really impressed by Kafka in PF though. Need another option for my second team, hopefully that can be Firefly because I doubt Ill be building another DPS before her.

I just cant seem to get the right sub stats or gains on them to further improve my Queen Topass to perfection. At E6 I dont think she needs speed anymore? At 2945 ATK, 93.2% Crit Rate and 136.1% Crit DMG. Need more Crit DMG before Ill be satisfied enough I think and maybe I can hit 3k attack

You still want 134 just because Topaz gains an absurd benefit off a baseline amount of speed thanks to the 20% action advance. I think more is totally overkill tho.

Mine only has 115, but being E6 Numby still acts a ton and my ultimate is pretty much always ready to use

It took a while to accept that it's not always better to hold off on her until after a full turn cycle, depending on the circumstances.

I tried MoC 11 for one of them anyways and this damn DoT robot enemy wiped my whole team since Lynx is the only cleanse Ive got and she was on another team :(

3 starred the first 3 PF of this new one but yikes the first side of the last one is rough. I don't really have a good way to combat the new enemies that spam dots, offensively or defensively.

I struggled for stage 3 of the new Pure Fiction since I lack enough built DoT units for it. Think I got 1 star or maybe just barely managed 2

It's funny just said I don't really like Kafka in PF and then they come out with a dot focus one literally the next day.

Ive got Kafka and Lil Gui and that side does fine enough. My other side is just FUA since I dont have other DoT built. I dont even have very many of them in general that count for DoT I think. Dont like Sampo, havent built Hook of Serval, dont have Black Swan and have a Luka I forget even exists who also isnt built lol

Acheron 25k on the first half. Then DoT team cleared Svarog. But it was close.

Im working on trying to get Serval to at least a level where she can survive PF. Not entirely sure how much shell help though

Got 11 stars but no DoT characters makes this one difficult. Topaz will actually help with the fire weak side I think once she's built, but idk for the other one. Maybe I'm supposed to to build Sampo here?

Frustrating thing is you can't really even use Clara on the physical-weak side which is how I did the last DoT one, taking advantage of the action advance part of the passive.

I think PF happened a little too early for this game. With the units they practically require you to use we dont even have enough options for 2 FUA or DoT teams unless you pull every new unit really or hyper invest in 1-2 5*s

It's another PF that wants you to have Argenti for the top half of that last challenge, even if he's not connected to the theme. Never gonna pull him!

Was able to brute force it to 3.1k using the the 3 Nihility DMG/SPD buff and Acheron/Silver Wolf/Guin. Second half of course is a piece of cake with Kafka/BS/RM

Adding my bad Serval got me 3 stars on PF stage 3. Now to figure out what to run for stage 4

Got HMC to 190% BE and 145 spd and no planar set. So I just used all the double drops on Talia and be done.

Except I didn't get a single usable piece.

Got 1 star for stage 4 of PF though. Jesus poor Clara cant counter the PHY DoT robots since they dont even attack, but without a cleanser you get wiped too so its tough to make a team. Surprised I even got 1 star tbh

Obviously we knew from leaks, but glad to finally have the confirmation of 7/4 for all platforms.

Is this drink robot the worst fucking enemy in the game or is it just me who hates it? I dont see myself getting 3 stars on stage 4 PF even if I managed to super grind out every character I have for it

If they triggered Clara counters I would have a shot at any stars at all but they don't so lol

No, the actual worst enemies are delayers who push back your actions

The drinkbots don't even stop Clara too much, she sweeps anyway. A second dps who can pump should secure 30k fairly easily.

What cone do I even give Fu Xuan

If you ever got spooked by Gepard's LC, that's incredible on her. Day One of My New Life is the Great Value version.

Or you can do the Herta Shop one if you wanna give her Broken Keel relics.

Really anything that isn't about shields or boosting damage is fine. Obviously Universal Market is only if she's with Acheron.

Gepard's is great despite the EHR not doing anything.
