Pretty accurate.

There's, "That a dumb joke but clearly crosses the line." I'd put that in mod notes if it didn't come off as unprofessional and provoking.
And, "You just got off a purge for this same thing. Why would you post that?! " I wouldn't put that in mod notes.
I try not to poke at the borderline stuff.
