I paid around that for The Croft Edition of Shadow Of The Tomb Raider and I got all that that is in the Ubisoft package. I didn't feel ripped off. In fact I would have happily paid more just for the early access. I got the season pass and all DLC tombs/weapons/outfits and pre-order bonuses the lot.
