He says he wants a woman to make him feel like a man. Meaning he loves it when a woman is genuinely clueless about shit and comes to him and asks him to be educated about male gender role shit such as doing car repairs or even asking him to do the work for her. He loves feeling relied on and that makes him feel special.

It's really not that bad, lots of guys want to be relied on. It's bad if he thinks women in general should fit that clueless role, but there are people out there who don't know shit, and maybe he doesn't know their shit, and together they could be one whole shit.
