Fuck yeah. Use to have a VHS with two or three episodes on it. Pretty sure I wore the fuck out of it.

The first 5 episodes were awesome.

Also the coldest take: it has the best April design in the entire series >_>

The DVD set is also pretty cheap, for anyone who doesn't want to get into the streaming shenanigans.

You're not wrong. I mean, I totally get that a characters appearance is going to evolve over time but 80's April is the one that people my age picture when they hear the name.

Took me forever to rip the DVDs. There's so many discs. The set was really cheap though, I think I paid under $30 and it was like 10 seasons.

One thing I'll never forget about the 87 Turtles is in one episode, there's a bank in the background, and it's labeled as BNAK. I brought this up in a topic several years ago (maybe on this board) which someone was doing a full watch-through and they said they'd keep an eye out for it, but the topic purged and they never responded with a screen shot. I don't know what episode it is so I can't even give the slightest hint of how to find it.

Ahh, the old Rob Paulsen Ninja Turtles. When Raph was voice by Pinky. He was also the voice of the hilariously named G.I character, Snow Job.

I've been ripping DVD sets for my own media server for almost two months and the compulsion to get it done ASAP is a motivation killer. I just do however many when I have the time and it's a lot more manageable. They add up quickly.

Blu-Rays are much more manageable, and if theres one available Ill buy it, even if I own the DVD.

Rob Paulsen is the best. I follow him on FB and he's always posting good shit.
