Isn't the Time Stopper basically useless as a weapon (except against Quick Man)? Plus it can only be used once, then it remains active until it's out of energy.

Power Stone is awful. Honestly, most of MM5's weapons pale in comparison to the charged Mega Buster. Top Spin would be more fun if it wasn't bugged where the weapon energy depletes rapidly on invincibility frames. Bubble Lead lacks in damage and I think it dings off a bunch of enemies. Time Stopper sucks, too. MM4 did the time stop weapon much better.
