Yes, Im efficient, eg; after breading cutlets I mix the egg, breadcrumb, and flour and fry it into a breadcrumb pancake thing (sometimes adding cheese or whatever tickles my fancy)

That's part of the reason I have switched to eating cereal that has very low or no sugar content.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch - heck the milk is one of the best parts afterwards.

Sometimes I'll do multiple bowels of cereal re-using the same milk.

Cereal > Milk > Eat Cereal > Add more Cereal into Milk > Eat Cereal > Drink Milk.

I hate plain milk in general, so I always just ate it plain. The couple times I tried it with chocolate milk as a kid, it was novel but way more of a pain than just eating it plain.

Yeah. My M.O. with cereal is letting the cereal sit in the milk to soak it up, trying to eat the cereal with as little milk as possible, then Ive got a bowl of delicious apple cinnamon or whatever milk. I dont eat cereal much though. Magic Spoon is good and healthy, but its too expensive to justify.
