For a mostly 1:1 remake with updated graphics, music, and QOL, the N64 Zeldas seems like the best options. FE4 remake would be good, but it could also be terrible. There's a lot of edges that make that game good that could be sandpapered away. That said, there's some edges that a remake would drastically improve. There's obvious QoL improvements to make the same way they did with LA, the graphics from the GBC could obviously use a more modern lift-up job, and the two games could be released together and made more interconnected. Sunshine's wonderful as is; the things it needs fixed don't require a full remake. The real offenders were the Shadow Mario throwaway shines, not the blue coins imo. The glitches (re: Pachinko, for example) could've (and should've) been addressed in the 3D All Stars remaster.
