Over the last 28 days, I average 249g per day. I usually hit 300g per day because I eat quite a bit of beans and rice daily. It has no effect on my weight. Currently 116 lbs.

Probably like 50-60 grand. Had a PBJ sandwich with a protein shake. For lunch, I just had a chicken rice bowl

When I was 20 and before I joined the military I was a scrawny 128

A few grams. I know it isn't zero but it is a very very low amount.

I had a few eggs and a few sausage links for my first meal of the day. I'm still a couple hours away from eating my 2nd meal of the day.

I'm perfectly healthy physically. I started exercising daily in 2019 and have kept it up to today which has only added to my weight since then. Now mentally I am a total mess. I just figure I have a very high metabolism. I don't do it anymore, but when I did eat unhealthy on purpose, It never lead to weight gain. I used to pig out on whole large pizzas and donuts and all kinds of crap in my 20's and always stayed skinny.

I just ate 1 crunchy taco and 1 burrito thing from tacobell. How many carbs is that

My weight is not an issue atm. I'm quite thin rn tbh and also lowish body fat too (abs visible atm so around 10%i think).. though I'm def not healthy because I'm always tired from lack of food and I'm probably malnourished and I don't work out either because it makes me tired

I feel that. Glad you're, at least physically, okay. Definitely feel the mental less okay.
