I feel you on this. Just got to 75 Runecrafting and just got my third piece of the outfit. Pearls come in so slow most of the time though.

Also, I'm lucky enough to get an abyssal needle when I get a high enough level to make the colossal pouch, but still no lantern. May get 77 Runecrafting+full outfit and move onto Bloods without ever getting the lantern.

did secrets of the north quest for that xp drop

I used dragon crossbow and swapped diamond bolts (e) with mithril bolts (e) when the final boss turned on prayer. Saw it recommended in the youtube comments. Also I did not want to swap between range and mage gear like what Slayermusiq1 was suggesting so I just ran away from the boss during its melee phase and used range sometimes but it barely did damage.

I didn't read the newspost until now, but did they nerf the Graceful Outfit!? Do the mechanic changes make it so that the graceful nerfs are balanced out or is it overall worse now?

changes are only on the beta worlds for now. hasn't hit the main game.

it's a buff at lower weights. i was running around w/ 12 kg weight which is what i wear during farm runs. not using as much run energy and regen seems faster.

seems to be nerf at higher weights though.

Total of sharks caught is 23,673 for the 1/5,000 drop. (actually more like 34,000 since I caught about 10,000 more a few months ago that I didn't keep exact track of)

The seren fragment has killed me twice so far. I tele'd out once. the fight takes soo long and i forgot to heal up after its blood pillars on the last attempt.

Just using blood burst w/ ancient staff.

Trident of the Sea (im 77 magic so no trident of swamp) is way too weak i feel but it's probably possible w/ it if I use the brews conservatively

damn i don't think i couldve completed this quest today if i didnt use a guide/quest helper tbh. That library puzzle is really long. I've played a decent amount of adventure games and I've never experienced a puzzle that lasted like an hour WITH a guide

oh fk i got a treasonous ring drop today but i didnt pick it up. i had my ground items turned off because they were annoying me at some point during slayer a few weeks ago. i need to set the values for that.

well it's only a 200k ring but still. probably the first notable (logged in collection log) drop i've gotten from a non-skilling boss so far.

Lol, it's anything but chill. A lot more click-intensive than sharks were.

That being said, the first day is going well. Got the Golden Tench right off the bat (1/20,000 drop). Almost makes up for the long wait on the big shark.

congrats on the golden tench! i've seen people wielding those but didnt know what they were called.

So i thought 1500 crystal shards could get traded in for the advanced weapon seed which is needed for the bowfa. I was wrong. It's the other way around

So no longer motivated to continue with priff course. It is more chill than ardy rooftops because it has some longer obstacle segments and xp got bumped to like up to 66k xp an hour (vs 70k xp an hour at ardy) so it's not a bad alternative imo. That said i can sorta conk out out doing ardy these days so ill just stick with it and a bit of sepulchre every now and then.

There is an add-on that already does presets in Runelite, but if the presets work on the mobile version of Runelite, that would be a huge improvement.

IIRC, it is the Bank Tags or Bank Tag Layouts plugin. Not in front of a computer ATM, so going off memory.

Ex: I have equipment for doing a Black Dragon slayer task equipped and all needed items in my inventory. I make a setup for that and when I click the setup I just see the relevant equipment and items in the bank. You can also organize the order in the setup tab without it affecting where things are stored in the bank.

I have setups for all kinds of slayer monsters and different skilling activities. It is very convenient.

Ah okay those. Yeah i use those pretty much daily. A good buff for sorting but a far cry from presets.

Oh...Layouts vs Presets. So one click and you have everything equipped and items in their right spots? That would be neet. As it is right now, gearing up on mobile is slow alright.

Yeah regearing for stuff like pvm to clues and back would be so much nicer. Will depend on just how long the delay is whether or not ill use it for skilling but a potential improvement there too.

back to training slayer for a bit because i need around 60 more points for a slayer helm which is needed for the desert hard diary. trying to get this diary done because I want that blue heart necklace.

I was surprised by the requirements for this diary. the other hard diaries ive completed so far (kandarin, ardy, lumby, kourend, fremennik) went by fairly quick after getting all their quests done. this one requires a slayer helm and a kalphite queen kill. I did kill the queen first which took me like 4 separate trips because for the first three i ran off whenever she did massive damage. decided to just go all in on the 4th trip and bring lots of supplies and hope i do enough damage with the keris partisan. used up like 3/4s of my supplies in the end.

anyway been at the hard diary since around 8 pm so its been about 4 1/2 hours now.

Got the Desert hard diary finished about half an hour ago. So now I can go back to training agility

Shame that the desert amulet 3 has a clipping problem (mightve been the case for 1 and 2 as well but I didnt wear them lol). it's not too noticeable when wearing the ardy cloak 3 though.

Its very minor so i know they never will but i do wish theyd fix clipping issues lol.

the clan im in has a few members that are into deathmatching which is basically gambling w/ full dharoks. the one that's been hosting the drop parties does it after winning a big stake several times in a row like (600m+). I think this is like the 4th one ive seen through chat but the 1st one i participated in

seen some random drop parties in worlds 301, 302, and 330 as well around the ge area. dont expect much tho.

the largest drop party ive been in was iceposeidon's 13b drop party and that crashed a world because of hundreds or thousands of people trying to participate in the ge area lmao

yeah ive just been doing maples, papayas (you can pick 6 papayas per tree and they sell for 2k gp ea), and calquats. oh and mahogonys.

hit 84 farming today and it took like a month i wanna say. idr anymore

would've probably 99'd it by now growing those more expensive trees but i dont got much gp
