On every one of the them they all said that the additional hours were optional, but more importantly (to some I suppose), would also come with a 40% pay increase for the workers salary. Now, for me a 40% pay increase for an additional 8 hours work per week seems reasonable, especially given the extra work is (allegedly) voluntary. --- You matter, unless you are travelling at the speed of light.
