No, just had the day off and we went to our local amusement park as a family. My kid kept pressuring me to do one more

Dramamine and Tylenol are my go-to drugs for that. Take it slow.

Im dreading going to Island of adventures with my kid as a teen and asking me to go with him on the velocicoaster

Im so excited for my kid to be a older and tall enough to go on roller coasters so we can go to theme parks again lol

were going to a little one tomorrow, they have a small roller coaster he might be tall enough for but it depends on how they measure him (36)

Aw. I used to like Rollercoasters well the ones that weren't insane or give ya whiplash/back spasms. (This rickety all wooden roller coaster sucked). Sorry I made it about myself but there is no way I think I could handle fast upside down rollercoasters anymore unless I was well rested for a week :/

It literally couldn't be any further than the truth. The major amusement parks have an incredible amount of safety regulations they have to abide by. It's just plain incorrect for someone to say they're dangerous.

A vast majority of any major tragedies that happen are the result of the victim trying to do something that they shouldn't have.

I went to Six Flags Georgia last year, and got queasy for the first time ever. I'm really hoping it was an off day because I love coasters.

oh yea, I agree.

they're statistically very safe, but he still put that doubt into me.

I got a chance to ride that last year. I can safely say it was the most intense coaster I've ever been on.

And I'd ride it again.

I'm shooting for another two-day Cedar Point trip in late August. Maybe Top Thrill 2 will be up and running, but I doubt it. Going to try and get in lots of Steel Vengeance rides, since I rode it just once last year.

So my twins are right at 42" and can ride a few small coasters and liked them. My older kid can ride every ride. My wife and I traded off with him the last could times. I got four coasters in under 45 minutes and was feeling it. I've recovered though and will do it again.
