I find this to be the most comical political frenzy I have seen in my life and has made me actually like the dude more I guess I didn't get the young folks all hate Biden memo.

I supported him before and still do. The debate was pointless. Biden didn't need to do it. Trump voters already had made up their minds. I guess Biden didn't want to be called a coward. Only reason I can think of.

It hasn't particularly solidified my support for Biden but it has made me essentially no longer give a shit. I'm voting for him because another Trump presidency is basically the end of America as we know it and it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

Groups like the CBC have backed Biden pretty strongly because they're pragmatic and realize the best chance to win is to portray strength. They also have more to lose being minorities. They're not ready to throw it all away in some pie in the sky magic plan hoping for a miracle. They want to get on with the hard work and putting their feet on the ground.

Everyone else seems to just want to be lazy and pray for another Obama to come from on high and save them which isn't happening. It's why people still occasionally ask for Michelle Obama to come back. But for a lot of those people, they don't have too much to lose. Not like the various minorities who just want to get to the fight that they've been fighting their entire lives.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of them were wary of the support they'd get if they did get in front of things. If I were Kamala Harris I'd be VERY careful about jumping to the top of the ticket because you know if she loses, a lot of people are going to point at her and throw her under the bus instead of looking at themselves and wondering if their hysterics 5 months from the election MIGHT have eroded support.

So this current situation? The only thing it's really solidified for me is that people are morons and if America chooses Trump, they get what they deserve.

No. Nothing has changed for me, in real life I see the same apathy about politics from people as before. It seems only hardcore political junkies are calling this doom.
