Rotating barrel makes it shoot really soft. Very little muzzle flip/recoil. 9mm or .40, 17 round magazine. Just a solid gun all around.
Has a full size and compact version. Subcompact should be ignored though, as they version doesn't have the rotating barrel.

Somebody actually made that into a weapon mod for Fallout 4. It does exactly what youd think it would do too, which leads to all sorts of potential opportunities when dealing with Raiders, Super Mutants, or simply that one settler in your settlement who wont show you any respect.
