If the bun and/or meat are good, the simplicity is awesome.

A dry burger with fast food quality stuff? Oh god no.

A dry burger with freshly made buns and the patty being like a medium rare, ground up steak? That's a bit more like it.

Depends. Cold vegetables on sandwiches of any type are weird to me, with pickles and peppers being the only exceptions. But cooked vegetables are great. Ketchup is nasty, and mayonnaise on its own is also. Mustard and special condiments are legit, though.

I can do that fine. a little bit of salt and black pepper is all you need. I would prefer it with cheese and some ketchup or chili sauce though
