I don't want to to be in my 80's seeing what my grandmother mother and other people this age going through I want to die before I hit 75. Anyone else feel this way?

70 seems a great time to go. Retire at 62 and enjoy life for 8 years before all the bad stuff really starts kicking in.

Completely depends on when one starts falling apart. There is no arbitrary number.

Take care of yourself and you can-- mostly-- keep things from getting too bad, allowing for unforeseen medical conditions.

I was diagnosed with MS at 34, but I still took relatively good care of myself. When I couldn't run anymore, I started swimming. And now I'm still in better shape than most people 10 years younger.

Getting old sucks. Dying sucks worse. So... no.

Obviously it depends what your QoL is. But you can be 80 and still have a decent QoL.

I already feel old as fuck and I'm only 39.

My lifestyle pretty much guarantees that I ain't gonna make it through my 40s.

I'm lucky that both sides of my family seem to age well. No idea how my dad is in good a shape as he is, given how much he snacks.

my grandma is 89 and can't remember anything other than the 1940s or what happened literally 30 seconds ago.
