Once in a while I am in the mood for cereal and grab a box with some oat milk in the store. It's pretty damn bad for you unless you go into the most healthiest ones and even then it's debatable. I do enjoy having it rarely on vacation though, kind of the way I might treat myself to a soda once every blue moon. Having a bowl of Fruity Pebbles or some shit on rare occasion is a nice treat. I also notice most older folks typically don't touch it as much, it's rare to see a 40 year old sit down and eat cereal from my experience. --- Getting too damn old for this crap! ...
