I have a salary job but the downside is I get the same exact pay regardless if I work 40hrs or 80hrs and when I work past 40hrs, I actually lose money because it's like you working for free.

Salaried, but I rarely work any overtime. Maybe a total of 4 hours a year. I am VERY meticulous about making sure that overnight support has enough documentation to handle any issue that comes up so they never have to call me.

salary, with tons of unpaid overtime, even though we looked at it and determined I'm probably not actually overtime exempt. I try to average 8 hours but it's a lot easier to work 9 or 10 hours than 7 or 6, and that's not including work I do from home on my days off.

Salary. Occasionally work a little more than 8 hours a day but take plenty of liberties by logging off early on other days to golf or whatever to make up for the time.

Salaried. I do not work overtime, nor have I ever been asked to. My contract is for 38 hours a week, I tend to work 40 and get the excess in vacation time.
