Stephen Miller is really the "brains", so to speak, between right-wing extremism. Like, we all know Trump is a piece of shit. But when Trump passes away, we know that the likes of Stephen Miller are still going to be there to try and rebrand segregation as something else, much like the GOP has been trying to do for 40 years.

Based on 2023's daily average, 49 people will be the victim of a gun-related homicide by the end of the day.

The former demands millions of immigrants be rounded up and deported and billions be spend on a border wall. The latter elicits nothing more than canned platitudes.

He's yelling because he's a perpetually angry little man-child who stews in hatred & anger day in and day out. When you call such a person out on their bullshit they become infants.

You notice similarities between them all.

Step 1: Refuse to answer the question and deflect.

Step 2: Get angry.

Step 3: Walk away.

They're all temperamental, show lack of professional among other things.

This is the trap Republicans want you to fall into though. As soon as you start saying something like this, they'll retort that X doesn't matter to you, justice for X then make it an entire thing. That's why this guy questioning his statistics and ignoring the deflections worked so well. He tried his best to bring up all those killed by migrants, but kept getting pushed on whether or not he trusts Maduro.

Exactly. I get why people think he should have called out Miller and the GOP's many other hypocrisies, but that doesn't work. That's what he expects people to do. It's just helping him muddy the waters and keep pivoting until he's able to successfully turn things on the reporter. Staying focused on that one question is the way to go.

As an added bonus, this also weakens the narrative that the media is attacking him for his right wing views. All he's doing is asking one very valid question and Miller refuses to answer.

He does have them. Which is why he wouldn't say them because they don't align with the narrative he wants people to believe. Republican politicians aren't ignorant, they're deliberately lying and fear mongering.
