Dynasty Warriors on the PS2 came to mind for 7/10.

Final Fantasy 16 is the definition of 7/10. Deathloop is another.

I know it's the meme, but Twilight Princess is also a legitimate example of 8/10.

for me, a 7/10 is a good game, but its flaws(s), as I perceive them, are enough to hold it back.

8/10, on the other hand, is something good, but not necessarily special; or there's just something holding it back from greatness.

it can also have flaws, but they don't negatively affect the experience.
