I turned 35 this month and I feel great because I take care of myself. And 35, even 45 is still very young. I am still skinny, no gut, I can run miles without feeling a thing. I eat well and never had any health issues. If you've had an illness or injury that wasn't under your control, I'm sorry to hear that and this topic isn't about criticizing you based on something like that. But if you're 35 or more, talking about feeling old or limited, I just don't know what to say to you. Exercise, eat well and take care of yourself. --- Don't tease the octopus, kids! ... The only issue I have with my body honestly is my right knee. It's annoying because I DO like to use a treadmill, do jumping jacks and other at-home exercises but both of those activities impact my knee. I have for years, probably since I was 20, have had a massive issue with my knee where it locks up if I sit in certain ways and more. If I am actually out and about doing standard walking or activity, it's fine. It just hates me exercising or sitting down in strange positions like cross-legged. I had an scan on them and there was like, pinched muscle there or something causing problems, but I don't want to get into seeking surgeries that will limit me until after the election. --- Japanese Crack: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x5pzggr ... You cant just exercise multiple knee and ankle surgeries away. I am glad for TC, and it is always fine to remind people that it is good to take care of ourselves. But this is a very simplistic view of the wear and injuries you can get as you age. It is a very individualized thing that often has nothing to do with how a person takes care of themselves or not.
