Hope is dead, Republicans made it clear that the next time they seize power they are going to make sure they never ever have to give it up, the media is all in on becoming newsmax and fox news propaganda , education is gonna die straight up, only the billionaire's kids will be allowed to learn things and even then they don't have to actually learn things, science will be destroyed by people like RFK, Elon Musk will completely destroy the government in favor of contracting out as much shit as he can to his companies so he can be even richer and because Trump's such a madness driven old man that doesn't know where he is most of the time JD Vance and the Heritage Foundation will be even more controlling and writing the legistlation for the senate and congress to rubber stamp and put on Trump's desk.Our allies are all doomed, China's gonna annex Japan, Russia's gonna not only take Ukraine but also whatever else is nearby Trump doesn't give a fuck, NATO will be completely obsolete with the US not only harming itself in soft power but also backing the absolute worst regimes on the planet.And the Democrats, the only opposition left will be left a fringe group on par with Libertrians as once passionate ones just completely give up, progressives completely give up maybe form their own party and others become Republicans for power, most likely putting more Fettermans and Sinema's to win then immediately turning republican. I say this as honestly as I can, fuck the world, your non insane friends and family are the only people you can afford to care about now in the best way you can. Can't even count on progressive media anymore some are playing blame games, while others are singing a message of hope that you can tell from their cracking voices and massive loss in subscribers that even they don't believe, David Packman for example lost about 10 million subscribers the night of the election and so have various others, not those numbers but large numbers where a good chunk of their new videos are "Take time off if you need to but don't abandon the fight, don't abandon us!"
