Im trying to get our maintenance guys to stop wiring them up like that.

I DID get them to tie the exhaust fan in with the bathroom light so people have to use their exhaust fan while showering.

People pulling away from a stop light or stop sign at a comically slow speed, so then I have to switch lanes to pass them.

I hate when people ask me stupid questions that they should be able to get the answers for. Like I've had people call my office specifically to ask for the phone number to another state office. When people do that, I tell them "Hold on, let me Google that for you", then put them on hold until they get tired of waiting and hang up. They gotta realize eventually that the time they wasted on hold could've been better spent just searching for it themselves <_<

And yes, I make sure to tell them that I'm Googling it so that they feel stupid knowing that it's something that they could've done in literal seconds. Sometimes they call back, so I just make up some bogus excuse about how I had to do something else right after I put them on hold :3

Nah, the bathrooms come off the bedroom, so you're only gonna have that light on when you're using it, really.

Have you tried putting it in the other outlet of the same plug? Usually one set will be switched, usually the top, while the other is live all the time.

Kind of an older thing. Usually done so people can turn on a set of lamps without having to reach for the cord switch.

This. I get irrationally angry at apps/websites that literally don't take no for an answer and will just keep pestering forever. And this has become pretty much standard practice.

Websites needing you to create an account to properly view their content (e.g. Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram), especially when a few years ago that wasn't the case

Barbers needing us to download their apps to set-up an appointment for walk-ins like me while their barbershop is borderline empty.

People who cut across parking spaces in parking lots.

Just follow the fucking lanes and stop signs. There's a shopping center in the next town that's like driving through China. Cars going all over the place beeping at each other. Weird as hell.

Oh yeah, this too. Although its especially irking to me when youre waiting behind them at a red light and they wait until it turns green to signal.

Yeah like when you can turn or go straight. The person in front isnt signaling, so you assume you can stay behind him, but then the light turns green and THEN he decides to put his turn signal on <_<

I see this happen a bunch at this one intersection near my office, and its especially bad because its one of those left on arrow only lanes. So someone could clog up the lane just because he didnt signal. And a related peeve is when people make turns there when they dont have the arrow. It has heavy pedestrian traffic, and I see cars zooming uncomfortably close to people when theyre not even supposed to be moving.
