It's a nice village. I was there on business.

Also, technically, I've been in Utercht for a few minutes twice and that is farther North than Uden.

Not very far at all. I'm very sedentary.

East, no more than a few miles, because you hit ocean. And I've never been on a trans-Atlantic flight.

West, about six hours drive away, near Pittsburgh.

North, about eight hours drive, in New Hampshire.

South's the odd one out, because I've been to the Bahamas.

North: either green bay WI or yellowstone national park, or north dakota. I took a delivery as a trucker to one of the dakotas and can't remember which one.
East: NYC
West: California.
South: Jamaica.

Not surprised half the people here said Japan for east lol

I was a salesman at the time for products made in Uden. I didn't work for them directly but they still paid for me to visit the manufacturing location. The only thing I paid for was my weekend stay in Amsterdam.

I went to the absolute center of things and it looked back at me I never asked for this

Hawaii is further south than any point in the continental US; South Point on the Big Island is at 1854' N, and Honolulu is 21 N.

Key West in Florida is 2433' N.

I'm no meteorologist, but doesn't the close proximity to ocean water provide the means for the more temperate climate that Europe experiences? Or is the Gulf Stream what impacts that?

I live in southern Alberta, which is more or less in line with Paris. We experience extreme Arctic winters due to being a long way from the ocean, plus the Rocky Mountains to the west serve as a shield blocking the warmer air (with the exception of when we get Chinook winds). We also experience comparatively hot, arid summers for a similar reason.

This is why our winters in Alberta are generally more brutal than those in coastal Alaska.

Where were you born? I was born in imperial valley, ca because I'm royalty and went very far from that point.

Max elevation (on land) - afaik 12,005 ft.
Lowest elevation (on land) - 282 ft below sea level
Max temperature - 119 or 120 Fahrenheit
Lowest temperature - I really don't know. Somewhere in the 5 thru 18 Fahrenheit range.

EDIT - I didn't consider how far down I've been in caves. Probably doesn't break my record (unless the cave started at sea level and I went more than 282 ft down)
