Ive been told traveling around Boston on foot requires you to stop at another Dunkin Donuts every 100 yards to warm up.

So public transit? I dunno.

If there's one thing Boston has been doing well lately and that Healey did, it was getting Philip Eng on this.

We had a shit ton of shutdowns but the progress has been made and things ARE getting a lot better. The only issue now is, there's few subway train drivers so trains still come at a near 20 minute interval on the red line. They need more. The braintree arm is so heavily rode that this is ridiculous when the arm shares Ashmont.

Not required, just encouraged.

well they eliminated most of the reduced speed zones recently, although a lot of those were outside the city.

also I haven't heard any stories about the trains catching on fire recently, so that's a plus?

I love his use of anime jazz in the video. Was a good watch, although I kind of wish they had showed more of the race, but I guess that would have made the video really long lol.

I still remember that one guy that sprinted from one stop to another in the UK

Depends on what you consider the city. A slow zone in Somerville or Cambridge means the train to downtown is going to come much slower.

I live on the Orange Line and the shutdowns were painful this year, but the trains are definitely running much faster.

I was mostly thinking red line, since I drive on route 3 and saw them doing work on the tracks the last couple months >_>

Hey, more than Baker promised. Baker would have these things shut down and nothing came of it. As a subway rider, I am very, very pleased with the slow zone removals for sure. If they need to pull down another week on the red line to assure things are back to normal, I am all for it. I just want them to get more trains running now. Going back to Braintree at 6PM is like crowd surfing on those fucking things.
