Yeah depending on feed the yolk color can really vary but typically the ones I get are very orange yolks and the sizes are all over the place. The shade of brown is all over the spectrum too from light to dark almost like copper at times and sometimes with spots and sometimes clear. Depending on breed you can really get some pretty wide ranges of colors too from shades of blue, green, pink, brown, and all kinds of stuff. I just love eggs. Ill eat 3 a day for my first meal. Sometimes Ill eat more for my second meal or make egg salad to eat at work. Then of course used in baking and stuff like meatloaf. Ill always use 2 dozen but its not out of the question that I might use 3 or 4 dozen for the week. I already had problems with foxes, coyotes and snakes. I also had issues on where to put them. My cows loved to break any kind of non barbed wire fencing. It would have to be near the house and boxed in with 210 boards. Then you have to feed them. That isnt cheap. --- I was born when she kissed me. I died when she left me.
