"Hyperdimensional" Solaris nearly wiped out of all reality just by existing. Sonic, Shadow, and Silver in their Super forms were able to defeat him by fighting him in the past, present, and future simultaneously
Time Eater was ripping apart time and space basically turning reality into a purgatory void (and it was stated the Chaos Emeralds have the power to restore reality)
Alf Layla wa-Layla and Dark Queen Merlina were messing up reality which Sonic gets transformations to defeat and restore reality (we actually see him use some kind of power to restore reality in Secret Rings)
Egg Salamander was ripping apart two dimension with the Sol Emeralds
Egg Wizard with the Jewel Sceptar was stated to be above the Chaos and Sol Emeralds alone and it took Super Sonic and Blazing Blaze together to defeat them
Eggman with one Emerald in Sonic Advance 3 was able to distort Space and separate it into a sort of different dimensions
Not to mention Chaos Control can allow one to teleport, stop time, and manipulate reality to a degree all with one Emerald (mainly Shadow's thing but Sonic uses Chaos Control on rare occasions too)
The End was stated to be above previous Sonic foes (not sure if this includes Solaris since Solaris technically gets erased out of existence) and said he was above infinity (which villains overestimating their power is a thing sure but there was really nothing to contradict that statement)
