Seeing his evaluation crash and burn would be so cathartic, but he's probably invulnerable for the next 4 years at least, as long as he doesn't have a messy divorce from Trump.

Elon Musk is the strongest argument that these fortunes that have been accumulated by the filthy rich should just be confiscated for the public good.

E.g., if 99% of Musk's wealth were taken, that would still leave him with $4 billion, which is still obscene.

Tax brackets need to be redone and it should literally be 100% impossible for one person to keep that much money.

That right there is why I still am skeptical about the theory that Trump's government plans on intentionally crashing the market via economic depression to buy up all the assets. A lot of those assets are going to be forever defunct and worthless once a depression happens and that includes a lot of Elon's wealth.
