Who knows? Windfalls happen. We are using our imaginations for worst cases. Use even more imagination for how a change in regulations could work in our favor. I have one. Suppose Trump declares a trade war with Japan and says all digitizable products owned by Japanese companies may be freely hosted and disseminated here in America?
