I saw 30 seconds of the trailer and you know damn well he was never like that. Putin maintains he is a paragon of perfect health and he has nothing wrong with him, while rumors have been swirling for years now that he has some kind of terminal illness or something. and looking up plot summaries of the movie, Wikipedia says it "covers the life of Vladimir Putin from the age of ten, through sixty years of many events in his real life,[1][2] until his fictional death", and i don't think a propaganda piece would portray him dying when he is still alive. and IMDB says "A portrait of a formidable political figure, unraveling the contrasting facets of an iron-fisted tyrant and a man haunted by fear", and i don't think that's how a propaganda piece would describe him. --- R.I.P.
