I was browsing a grocery store and saw a 7% pilsner but I didn't buy it. If my main beer place has it I might get it. I like pilsner but they normally kinda weak so a strong one would be a treat.

I dunno. I like all kinds of beers, all different countries...

Flensburger Pilsner. This is a german pilsner. I know I mentioned an American pilsner 7%, but I didn't see it. I like lower abv beers too so no problem

I did see a Dragon's Milk stout in a big bottle that was 20% ABV and also $55. That's pretty insane. I like all the Dragon's Milk i've had before, but this one I don't think I'm going to be trying. The price is insane and 20% ABV is....a LOT even for these crazy limited edition stouts.

Another one I was considering was Gulden Draak Calvados ale, belgian ale aged in apple brandy barrels. I had this once and it was really good. But I passed.

idk if its sold everywhere, but Cheboygan Oatmeal Cookie Stout is one of my winter favorites.

if you're in the midwest it'll prob be easy to find, but idk about rest of US/the world.
in terms of "home state" beers, I like their stuff a bit better than founders and bells (except the founders fudge stout which is top-tier)

Is that the one that actually tastes like a whole-ass oatmeal cookie in beer form? That was a weird experience for me, but I'd try it again.
