Chicago just went from BBB+ to BBB for what its bonds are worth. Why do I think this is political? The bonds would be worth more if Harris/Walz instead of Trump/Vance. Tensions between mayor and city council was given as the excuse but Rahm Emanuel (far right democrat mayor) had more tension. Tell the truth.
