Arguably it would depend on which movie you're talking about.

But it is worth noting that Zorro was a huge influence on the creation/development of both Superman and Batman. So there's certainly a through-line there.

It's also potentially worth noting that Zorro sits pretty close to the grey area with characters like The Phantom and The Shadow. Where they kind of straddle the line between different genres, and having helped formulate some of the tropes that went on to be the building blocks of the superhero genre as a whole.

Though if you really want to be pedantic, the term "superhero" is a dual trademark of Marvel and DC, and anything made by anyone other than them doesn't count as a superhero (unless you wanna get sued).

Didn't know you could get that trademarked. I heard Superman at least was based off the concept of Ubermensch.
