And Walmart thought he was drunk. Cops showed up and beat him up then arrested him. The whole time he didn't understand why any of this was happening to him. He was just trying to buy beer but he forgot he needed to show his ID. That's what initially set everything off. The Walmart clerk took the beer away and he went and got it again The cops tried to charge him with being drunk even after the hospital proved he wasn't. Charges eventually got dropped when the public learned about all this. Now his wife wants to have the cops charged with assaulting a disabled elderly person ... Copied to Clipboard!
