NeonPhoenix 02/11/25 3:22:37 PM #1:	A CEman recommended it to me a long time ago and I finally decided to give it a watch since I have nothing to do before Pirate Yakuza comes out. I'm halfway through it so far and it's pretty funny and has a lot of cringey humor which I think is pretty great ~~(...some of it is a little too relatable from when I was in middle/high school >___>)~~. Definitely had to pause at least once an episode to regain my composure from the impending cringe on screen lol I like it. It's just about a socially awkward otaku high schooler doing socially awkward things and trying figure out how to act normal, either by taking inspirations from anime/video games (which doesn't work lol) or trying to intuit how to act on her own (which also doesn't work lol). I highly recommend reading the early and mid parts of the manga, its really good. If I recall the the anime only covers about the first 30 chapters and I remember the manga remaining great until about chapter 150. Eventually Tomoko essentially becomes a side character though and it focuses on a bunch of lame drama shit instead of funny cringe humor. It was a fun watch: lots of funny cringe, lots of hornyposting humor (which I love), and a fun story. One thing I liked is how much it subverses anime tropes, like Tomoko will try something from an anime and it just backfires spectacularly everytime lol.
