So I had trouble with a package last week. It was just posted that it was sitting in a facility for two days and when I talked to them about it, they just sent me a refund. I asked what was wrong and they just said they're sending it back.

So I bought it again.

Well it is supposed to be delivered tomorrow but it says it is in a Texas facility(an airport). I live in Louisiana. My question is: Are there times that they won't update it?

Or do you think it'll possibly come tomorrow anyway? It has been there since Friday morning so I'm kinda irritated.

My PC broke and this is my new one and this is going to be the second attempt I try and buy it again....

if it happens again, tell them that you can come down to the center and pick it up yourself

it makes me think that it was either damaged or someone just stole it

it was weird because I just wanted to know the ETA because it had been two days since supposed delivery and then their final response was "We sent a refund" and nothing else. They didn't even warn me about it, it was said after the fact.

I'm just really annoyed because my PC broke January 1st and then I sent it to get repaired. It took ten days to get a box, ten days to send it, five days to find out I can't get it and then another five to get my refund. Now it's taking two weeks just to get my replacement in.

I'm livid.

If it's USPS, their tracking can be really stupid sometimes. I had a package ship from California to Pennsylvania, then the tracking got stuck for about a week and in the span of a single night updated all at once to say it went to Indiana, then Michigan, and finally to Ohio, where it was out for delivery.

Yes. They only handle trailers that will be processed for delivery that day. Or Saturday if its a Next Day Air.

When it says Arrived - On Site its just in a big trailer with a thousand other boxes. When it starts getting scanned again its out for delivery but think of it like fhe game from Squid Games.

Everything is moving but only during the middle of the night when they load the vehicles. So either it will happen exactly the same way if its a legit shipping problem. or it got damaged in transit and you just have to try again.

okay, thanks. I'm going to hope it comes in tomorrow then. I never have this issue but man, it feels like it's only happening this one time. Like I'm having bad juju on my PC. I just wanna play my games, damn it

It's the day the package is supposed to come and nothing changed on the tracking. I don't know if they're just fucking with me or this is some nation wide bullshit that's happening because of Trump and whatever laws he's enacted or removed, but I'm really getting tired of it.

I want my damn PC. It's been a month since my last broke, and this is my second attempt of buying a new one....fuck

Reminds me of the damn PS4 controller I'm waiting for. Status has been delayed for a month now. From what the tracking info shows, it arrived in the US from wherever, but no updates since.

don't make me cry, dude. Did you try to contact them at all? That's what I did last time but instead of giving me information, they just gave me a flipping refund. I didn't WANT a refund. I just want the damn PC.
