Yeah, like I drink protein shakes in the morning and that is usually enough to fill me up for the whole morning. I can't imagine eating a full meal or a shit ton of junk food and then drinking protein shakes to finish it up.

I'm extremely bad about this. I get terrible gluttony where I'll eat until I'm literally either on the verge of, or I'll force myself, to throw up.

And then I won't eat anything for two days.

you can do "very near zero" calories for a couple days at most until it starts to have severely negative effects on your body, and more than a few days you'll be dead.

If you do serious amounts of exercise, carbs are your friends. Ive represented my country in a sport. I have the experience to back it up, and Id much rather take the advice of the trainers and nutritionists that were on the national team than a random anonymous person online.

Not advocating anything, just saying you don't really need em. Plenty of active people survive on ~15 grams of carbs a day.

if you drink snake juice, you can go for days on end without calories, people fast like this all the time

and the human body can go near a month without food, so thats also wrong, about the "few days" bit
