I switched positions within the same organization last Winter but I'm getting agitated at aspects of it as late.

The work is a lot more intensive compared to my previous position and I'm on my feet all day, but my wage is the same, so could definitely be higher. I'm getting a raise in April but it's a non-profit, so it will probably be a pittance. (meanwhile the CEO makes millions) The management is also quite demanding.

I even got a note in my manager check in today to not look at my phone in view of any upper management. That really rubbed me the wrong way. I can't check a text for one second?

Lastly, we have an operations director who is literally gonna be looming over us all month and telling us what we're doing poorly and changing processes already in place.

yeesh, that sounds like a pain. How long you been there for?
