A sequel to Air Ride is something Ive wanted for so long but never thought wed ever get. I vaguely recall that being loosely how the first Air Ride game was born: Sakurai just wanted to do it, so he did it. It's always been more of a passion project for him than anything else, which is fun. Either way, I'm looking forward to it. --- This is my signature. This is one of the goatest games of the gamecube and I hope to god the gameplay loop is similar enough to KAR1 city trial that this is worth getting. Since then of course the Kirby universe has expanded with tons of new locations and characters. While it would be cool to get Magolor and Taranza and Susie playable, I have a feeling that Sakurai will stick to characters he worked on. So besides Meta Knight and Dedede returning. The only new character he would add is Marx. Half of the City Trial challenges were like "Get more than 300m in Long Jump after assembling both the Hydra and the Dragoon and having them both get destroyed at the same time by the Meteor event" that relied on ridiculously obscure luck. --- This is my signature.
