At least this time, the Republicans are going out of their way to make each other miserable, as opposed to their usual schtick of hurting vulnerable people who never deserved it.

That happens a lot in authoritarian states. Lots of people start thinking theyre the leopard but for the system to work no one can ever truly feel safe. One wrong word and you lose everything is a design feature.

I mean the whole idea of "Leopards ate my face" is when you support something and it backfires on you. The Leopards are inherently eating the faces of people who are or were on their side.
