Food would be so much more bland and I'm not just talking about Indian food. I mean worldwide. The Spice Trade from India is such a huge impact on history and the world.

For my most recent birthday meal, my request was for a local Indian restaurant. So good.

The world's cuisine would be much poorer for not having Indian food in it, though I suppose we wouldn't know what we were missing so we'd still be in a better place than British cuisine.
