My manager at my first job. I clearly remember one time I was in his office and he had snuck a McDonald's meal in there. He was adding salt to his fries. He looked at me and said "Don't tell my wife."

About a year later he had a heart attack in his bed one night (his wife was there) and passed away.

I believe he may have been un-diagnosed high blood pressure.

Most likely no. I work in pharmacy and cant think of any controlled BP meds. Maybe there are some but I dont know any off the top of my head

Urgent care typically doesnt prescribe maintenance meds like BP drugs because its better to get that from a primary care who you continually check in with

Ive had hypertension ever since 2015 (I believe but probably sooner fm the readings along the years) so maybe 2012-2015 I was undiagnosed w/ it

I once went w/o them for about half a year and my doctor read my BP and it was too high (but I felt all right but can always feel like water was flowing freely fm a swift splash) but not readily in the danger area

i suggest you either take it or dont do anything stressful or strenuous or even exercise slightly throughout the day (such as paced walking or just lifting medium weighted items) to keep your heart a bit healthier.
