She looked cool, but I remember that movie being super meh. I was too young to know all that about her dying, but I do think it only hit theaters because she did. Yeah, having read the book, it's like the screenwriter or director said, "Give me the cliff notes version" and then they only skimmed that. I get that adaptations can only be so faithful to the source material, but that movie was way off. Very different from Interview with the Vampire, which changed some things but was true to the spirit of the book. --- God forbid you ever had to walk a mile in her shoes, 'cause then you really might know what it's like to have to choose. - Everlast ...
