I see them every few weeks around DC.

Generally driving in an unsafe manner, but that applies to traffic in general. These just stand out more.

There's a club or something around here because I saw a group of like 6 people driving them down the road. I see one every few months or so. TBH I think they're kinda cool. Karting is fun.
