Notice how all the DLC characters have movesets that beautifully represent their powers and abilities from their respective games meanwhile, characters like Mario and Donkey Kong dont. How does Donkey Kong not have at least a barrel-throw attack?? Why is Ganondorf still a Captain Falcon clone?? (If anything, he should be a Mewtwo clone). Toon Link should have moves that he had in Wind Waker, Minish Cap, and Spirit Tracks. Theres no reason to have three Links that have do same bow, boomerang, and bomb. I think a good side B for him would be a combination of PacMans side B and Foxs side B. A line of rings gets drawn by the player and then Sonic zips through it. He can punish way too much while most of his moves are unpunishable, even ones like his spins that have no reason to be plus on block. And then he's got a runaway game on top of all that. He's boring to play as, boring and frustrating to fight, he needs to get fixed at the vet.
